However, as we are a marketplace the products sold are from a variety of vendors therefore we can only accept returns on an exceptional basis. Should you have a defective item, please contact us and we will reach out to the marketplace member immediately to address your concern.
Should a marketplace member allow for a special case return, the product must be in new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We ask our marketplace participants to ship within 5 business days. Standard delivery usually takes around 7 - 10 business days.

Marketplace products are stocked up on a regular basis.
